Studio 32 Sunbury
Blog
Welcome all to our 1st Studio 32 blog post!
In an effort to share our community support and good will, we're making our first post in April, which is, National Month of Hope. With all the ups and downs that we face every day we could certainly use some harmony and encouragement. We hope that you will come visit our establishment and share in our artistic vibes. We plan to share our many artists and their talents, tips, and a variety of topics. Look for another blog post soon.
The Studio 32 is passionate about sharing Art in the community. We have contributed many ways of reaching out to our beautiful region. The Studio has many great artists with so many different talents. There has been a Bracelet Jewelry making class, Slow Stitch classes, various Watercolor classes, and a Barn Quilt Painting class. And of course, we always look forward to our annual Anniversary Celebration at the beginning of every November just in time for early holiday shopping! We look forward to seeing you there!
2023
Saturday, June 17th - The Studio shared different genres of art at the Kids Art Festival. We have many talented children within our community and it was so much fun to share the event with them. Everyone enjoyed great music by the E.C. Ukes and Saxist, Dezmyn Davis. We were honored to host Tricia Lewis and the Buckland Elementary School Art Exhibit.
Overcoming Artist Block It can be frustrating but we all experience Artist Block at some point. We get stuck and can't seem to create...........

Hydrangea Garden Party
On a beautiful but hot Saturday in June Susan and Roger Ward hosted Studio 32's very successful Hydrangea Garden Party. We enjoyed cutting and preparing our own arrangements, a good lunch, and fun fellowship. Susan and Roger even gave each guest their own Hydrangea plant to take home with them. What a day!
Our world has lost a bright light, Mrs. Edith Freeman Seiling passed July 30, 2024. She had a love of history, having written several books and thoroughly enjoyed every opportunity to assist others with her expertise in genealogical research. Among her many other enjoyments in life, she loved different forms of art: china painting, as well as working with acrylics and decoupage. Mrs. Seiling was one of Studio 32's most cherished and talented artists and will be greatly missed!
